In the practical interview skills, I have not only learnt how important team spirit is, but also more likely to become a secretary. In addition, this activity can help me to improve communication skills, because I need to communicate with year two students and alumni since I had to assist the year two students, lead them to the interview room, answer their questions and so on. I believe the skills can be useful for my future.

In this competition, have many larger scale companies have joined. I am appreciate to have a chance to attend this event. Because this competition is aim to help the sufferers, this really meaningful! Also I am the one of the puller of the team. I have a lot harvest in this competition. What most impressed me a lot is the spirit of our team. For our team, we are not sporty, but in the competition we tried our best in the competition. Even we don’t have any award, we enjoy the process and I know we won our friendship.

Boot Camp 3 Taking Change of your anticulation
I am one of the secretaries for the boot camp 3. Throughout the boot camp three, what i have learnt was not only the importance of team spirit, it's more likely about the technical skills applied while being a secretary. I have written emails for tutors, inviting them to participate this talk. Using polite rhetoric and presenting the best email is kind of a skill that represent the institution. By cooperating with my partner, I believe the skills applied and the cooperation will be useful for not only this activity, even for my daily lives and my further pathway. It is benefit of a lifetime.
In this Boot Camp 1, i was responsible for leading my group of year 1 students. I stayed with them most of the time, solving their problems and answering their questions. I am not a talkative person and Boot Camp 1 had given me a chance to talk and communicate more. I think there is still a large room for improvement and i will continue to join different activities in order to equip myself to be a more all-rounded person.
